Susan Szendry, PhD, has received a Community Engagement Fellowship from the Carolina Center for Public Service for her project “Facilitating Access and Inclusion for Visitors with Disabilities at a Local Zoological Park.” Szendry is completing her project alongside Jordan McNeill in Applied Developmental Sciences and Special Education. Nancy Bagatell, director of the Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, is the project’s advisor.
