DXA is a unique imaging procedure that allows for the calculation and analysis of differential body tissues within a subject and allows for the collection of bone mineral density data. DXA imaging is performed by ARRT registered technologists trained in the rigors of clinical trial imaging and data collection.

Our highly trained technologists:

  • QC calibrate the machine before imaging
  • Obtain diverse anthropometric measurements
  • Operate and maintain equipment
  • Provide excellent patient care and prepare the subject prior to scanning
  • Correspond and communicate with study coordinators and study sponsors
  • Analyze data, maintain data integrity, back-up, and transmission
  • Maintain supplies associated with studies
