The UNC Hearing and Communication Center has a new Audiologist!

Dr. Hodson McLean joined the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences in 2021. She is the clinical coordinator for the Doctor of Audiology graduate program at UNC. She enjoys teaching students in the classroom and clinic environment, and brings experience in educational audiology, pediatric audiology, and diagnostic testing to the HCC. She has a particular interest in the complex listening needs of teens and tweens, and she enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Dr. Hodson McLean is a licensed audiologist in the state of North Carolina. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech, Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
