The admissions committee is focused on taking a holistic approach to viewing each application beyond the required minimums to garner a sense of who each applicant is and how they can contribute to the classroom, program, profession, and community at large. Evidence of maturity, motivation, academic potential, communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of the PA profession, the health care system and the unique mission of the UNC PA program are strongly considered during the admission process.
