Postdoctoral Position in Molecular Neurophysiology

A NIH funded postdoctoral position is available in the Kash laboratory (http://www.med.unc.edu/alcohol/kash.html). Our primary goal is to understand the effect of alcohol exposure on endogenous stress/anti-stress systems in brain regions that regulate emotional behavior. We use a range of approaches to evaluate these interactions; including slice electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry and biochemistry.
