The award was presented to Dr. Overstreet in April at the 9th Annual Women&#8217;s Health Research Day.  The award is given for multidisciplinary research that best demonstrates the collaborative investigation to drive discovery of knowledge and achieve excellence in research.  A $2000 prize is also given as part of the award to be used for professional advancement.
