We are so excited to celebrate your 60th anniversary with your class! We hope you will join us April 11-12 to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate in Chapel Hill with your friends and classmates from the UNC School of Medicine. You’re always a part of our alumni family, and we would love to see you here!

Weekend Schedule:
Friday, April 11:
Noon – 3:00 p.m.: Medical Alumni Association Annual Meeting, Sheraton Chapel Hill (One Europa Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27517) – Our annual meeting of the Medical Alumni Association is an opportunity to hear from School leadership and medical students about major priorities and updates from the UNC School of Medicine. There will also be opportunities to provide feedback on the best ways to engage our alumni moving forward. Lunch will be served at Noon, and there is no charge for this event.
6:00 – 10:00 p.m.: Milestone Reunion Celebration, Sheraton Chapel Hill (One Europa Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27517) – All alumni in reunion year are invited to join us for a kickoff celebration. Enjoy food, drinks, dancing, and opportunities to connect with your class. Guests are welcome, and the cost is $50 per person.
Saturday, April 12:
1:00 – 3:00 p.m.: Roper Hall Open House – Roper Hall (150 Medical Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514), open as of Fall 2023, is the new home for medical education at UNC. Join us for a light lunch, building tours, and opportunities to interact with students. Parking will be available on-site.
3:00 – 4:30 p.m.: “What I Learned in Medical School” Showcase, Strum Auditorium, Bondurant Hall – Back by popular demand, this event features students performing essays or other works that answers the prompt: “What I Learned in Medical School.” This event is a great opportunity to get to know our students and their educational and personal journeys. Essays are judged by a panel of alumni, with winners receiving a prize.
(Tentative) 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.: 60th Class Reunion Dinner at Sheraton Chapel Hill (One Europa Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27517)
