A food scientist! I studied food science and human nutrition in college. I wanted to work for Starbucks and help them create new beverages. Although in the end I didn’t become a good scientist I still cook a ton at home. My most famous dish is my chicken parmesan.
What is one hobby you’ve picked up since starting residency?
I love listening to podcasts. My current favorite is Noble Blood, which tells the stories of some of history’s most interesting aristocrats.
