What drew you to UNC?

Well known as a strong program. The people were genuinely nice during interview, and it was apparent they enjoyed working in the department of anesthesia.

What do you do for fun?

Hang out with my significant other and our two dogs. Our neighborhood has 6miles of hiking trails that we like to take our dogs on walks. We also like to visit our co-residents in our neighborhood, play card games at our neighbor’s house. There are lots of great golf courses that I am just learning about.

If I wasn’t an anesthesiologist, I would be…

A finance manager.

I met Jimmy Buffett once and had no idea who he was.
