\nWhat drew you to UNC?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I\u2019ve never lived outside of Texas, so the natural beauty and scenery of North Carolina really drew me in. What truly sealed the deal, though, was the interview day\u2014the faculty and administration really emphasized how deeply they support and care about their residents. Funny enough, when I was deciding on college years ago, I almost chose UNC, so it feels like things have come full circle now with me in Chapel Hill.<\/p>\n

What do you love most about the Triangle?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Having never lived in the Triangle, I can\u2019t say for certain. However, I\u2019m really looking forward to some nice trail walks.<\/p>\n

What are your career aspirations?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I\u2019ve bought into being in school a little longer, so pursuing a fellowship feels pretty appealing. Right now, it\u2019s hard to narrow down my options because so many of them seem exciting, but I\u2019m really looking forward to seeing where the next few years take me.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s Your Go-To Fun Fact?:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I competed in pole vault in high school. I wasn\u2019t great but I had a fun time.<\/p>\n

If you weren\u2019t an anesthesiologist, what would you be?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
