For the <strong>2025-2026<\/strong>\u00a0interview season, interviews will be conducted virtually. Because we recognize the time and effort involved, we organize the day so that you, the faculty, and our residents will learn enough about each other to make an informed decision about your residency choice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Applicants and their significant others will be invited to a virtual social gathering the night before the interview. You will have the opportunity to meet faculty members and residents during this informal gathering.<\/div>\n<p><!-- Applicants will stay at the beautiful Carolina Inn on the UNC campus as a special part of their interview experience. The evening before your interview, you will be invited to attend an informal Chair\u2019s Reception where you will have the opportunity to meet the Department Chair, faculty members, and residents. Following the reception, you will spend the rest of the evening having dinner and getting to know our residents at a local restaurant in Chapel Hill.--><\/p>\n<h2>Day of Interview<\/h2>\n<p><a name=\"day-of-interview\"><\/a>The interview day will consist of an introduction by one of our Residency Program Directors, followed by interviews with faculty and a resident. The informational materials and an interview agenda will be sent out ahead of time.
