Our engaged faculty community is committed to mentorship, ensuring that all members receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed. We strive to provide all faculty with the tools and opportunities to excel in clinical roles, educational endeavors, and leadership positions.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Key Offerings:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mentorship Opportunities<\/strong>: New MEGA (Moderated Engagement in Group Activities) Mentorship Program \u2013 The MEGA Mentoring Program within the UNC Department of Anesthesiology aims to enhance collaboration, professional development, and peer support among faculty. This program strives to create an inclusive environment that fosters individual growth and community building through a structured curriculum. Mentorship will occur at the peer level among groups led top-down by proven leaders in our department who have a record of accomplishment of success and respected mentorship. 2025 Topics include:\n<ul>\n<li>Navigating Career Advancement<\/li>\n<li>Scholarly Productivity<\/li>\n<li>Work-Life Integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annual Faculty Development Lecture Series<\/strong>: Participate in our yearly lecture series designed to inspire and inform, featuring topics that address personal and professional development in the arenas of education, wellness, and leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the Department of Anesthesiology, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
