If not, follow these instructions for specific operating system:<\/h3>\n<h3>Windows<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Internet Explorer and go to the <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu\" target=\"_blank\">UNC Health Care Virtual Web Portal<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu\">https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select the link for Client Installation Instructions and Download, beneath the log in prompt<\/li>\n<li>Select the link for the Web Only Install<\/li>\n<li>Run<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the message that the install is completed, then close Internet Explorer and re-open<\/li>\n<li>Return to <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">the UNC Health Care Virtual Web Portal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Log in with your Citrix credentials. (If you need assistance with your user name or password, call the Hospital Help Desk at 6-5647. If you&#8217;d like applications added to your Citrix profile, contact <a class=\"email-link\" href=\"mailto:lcrabtree@aims.unc.edu?subject=Citrix Access\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\">Lisa Crabtree<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mac<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your web browser<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Citrix web site: <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citrix.com\/receiver\">www.citrix.com\/receiver<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Download now&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Download Receiver for Mac&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Locate the downloaded file and double-click it to launch the installer. Accept all default selections.<\/li>\n<li>If prompted for the address, enter: https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu<\/li>\n<li>Log in with your Citrix credentials and save them. (If you need assistance with your user name or password, call the Hospital Help Desk at 6-5647. You can then drag them from the Citrix work area to your desktop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>iPad<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>App Store<\/li>\n<li>Search for Citrix Receiver<\/li>\n<li>Install<\/li>\n<li>After downloaded, open Receiver icon<\/li>\n<li>Add Account<\/li>\n<li>Enter Address: <a href=\"https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu\">https:\/\/csg.unch.unc.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Go<\/li>\n<li>Enter your Citrix credentials in Username and Password.
