If not, open your browser and go to https:\/\/uncsecure.unc.edu<\/li>\n<li>Select the green Start button on the bottom right<\/li>\n<li>Follow instructions to configure<\/li>\n<li>If you have difficulty, refer to the <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/help.unc.edu\/CCM3_008509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ITS UNC-Secure site<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Apple mobile devices: iPhone, iPad, or iTouch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Settings -&gt; Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Wi-Fi is On<\/li>\n<li>Connect to UNC-Setup or use your cellular connection to access https:\/\/uncsecure.unc.edu<\/li>\n<li>Select the green Start button on the bottom right<\/li>\n<li>Enter your onyen<\/li>\n<li>Select Continue<\/li>\n<li>At the Install Profile page, select Install<\/li>\n<li>If you get an Unsigned Profile prompt, select Install Now<\/li>\n<li>If your device is password-protected, you&#8217;ll get a prompt to Enter Passcode<\/li>\n<li>At the Enter Password page, enter your onyen password<\/li>\n<li>At the Profile Installed page, select Done<\/li>\n<li>Return to Settings \u2013&gt; Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>Select UNC-Secure and you should be connected<\/li>\n<li>If you have difficulty, refer to the <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/help.unc.edu\/CCM3_008509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ITS UNC-Secure site<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Android Devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Settings -&gt; Wireless &amp; networks -&gt; Wi-Fi settings<\/li>\n<li>Click on UNC-Secure.\n<ul>\n<li>For EAP method, select &#8220;TTLS&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>For Phase 2 authentication, select &#8220;PAP&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>For CA certificate, leave as &#8220;unspecified&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>For User certificate, leave as &#8220;unspecified&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>For Identity, enter your ONYEN.<\/li>\n<li>If you see Anonymous identity, leave blank.<\/li>\n<li>For Password, enter your ONYEN password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click connect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNC Secure is accessible to UNC employees with active onyen ids.
