UNC Department of Anesthesiology is pleased to recognize Assistant Professor Michael Hart, MD<\/strong>, for being chosen for the UNC School of Medicine (SOM)’s 2023-2024 Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP)<\/a> cohort. In June 2023, the SOM’s Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership selected 24 exceptional early-career SOM faculty as LAMP participants. Over 12 months, the LAMP participants are mentored on the fundamentals of career planning and professional development, as well as how to network effectively toward individual career and leadership goals.<\/p>\n
