For the second year, the UNC Department of Anesthesiology was honored to participate in this live-streamed virtual program hosted on the ASRA’s YouTube channel (click HERE<\/strong> <\/a>to view). As an exceptional leader in live casting and a technical expert in multimedia streaming, Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of Regional Anesthesia Stuart Grant, MB ChB<\/strong>, moderated the event while UNC Regional Anesthesia division faculty (Drs. Monika Nanda, Bryant Tran, Samantha Gottlieb, and Daniel Morgenstern<\/strong>) demonstrated live-stream scanning techniques for nerve blocks. Coordinating moderation and hands-on demos provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase the strength of UNC’s Regional Anesthesia division in both training and clinical services.\u00a0 Dr. Grant expertly moderated the event from the beginning, and the rest of the UNC faculty joined at the 3-hour, 17-minute mark <\/strong>for hands-on demonstrations and to contribute to live-stream discussion.<\/p>\n
