    • Invited presentation: Faculty-mentored CA-2 Quality Improvement Project by Drs. Heidi Heyman & Bryson Shelton (Influenza Vaccination Under Anesthesia<\/em>). Recognized as a leading pediatric QI project at SPA-AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology 2025 by the Wake Up Safe organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      UNC Pediatric Anesthesiology Division Chief Adam Suchar, MD<\/strong>, noted: “In addition to the many department alums we reconnected with, UNC Anesthesiology was represented by 19 current members at this spring’s meeting. As a profound honor for our department, Drs. Heidi Heyman’s and Bryson Shelton’s CA-2 led Resident QI Project program <\/span>was selected as one of only six resident-led Q.I. projects nationwide selected to be presented<\/span>.
