How can we design courses, select learning materials, and teach class sessions in a way that engages undergraduate students effectively? Undergraduates pose distinct challenges and opportunities as compared to graduate and executive education students. Educators must consider the unique attributes and needs of undergraduate students. Tailoring your teaching for this student population is essential. Professor Mike Roberto has taught everyone from first-year undergraduates to C-suite executives in his career, and he will leverage his learning from these varied experiences in this webinar.
Specifically, we will discuss:
- Course design specifically tailored to undergraduate students
- The selection of appropriate teaching and learning materials for undergraduate students
- Strategies in the classroom for engaging and motivating undergraduate students
- Specific needs of undergraduate students, and the challenges and opportunities associated with this student population
