SOD Webinar – Implementing Case-Based, Person-Centered Teaching and Learning

December 3, 2020 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Join us via Zoom for “Implementing Case-Based, Person-Centered Teaching & Learning”, part of the Teaching and Learning Curriculum (TLC): Helping Faculty ACT series on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 12-1 pm!

Faculty Development – Dec 3 (Flyer)

Building on the Person-Centered Care session held in October, this session provides participants with the opportunity to consider what person-centered care looks like in teaching. The session will highlight what we need to emphasize to transition to person-centered care, and the steps that have been taken thus far. Participants will be introduced to a case based curricular model and consider how they might use the “community” concept in teaching. The session will include a mix of large group overview and small group breakout discussion.
