Symposium – Understanding and Addressing Structural Racism

The Gillings School is pleased to announce an Inclusive Excellence Annual Symposium for faculty, instructional staff and teaching assistants that aims to elevate knowledge about inclusive pedagogy. These symposia will feature in-depth training and discussion around topics that are key to creating inclusive classrooms, particularly in the health professions.
The inaugural webinar will focus on understanding and addressing structural racism and creating syllabi that reflect this enhanced knowledge. This symposium will be held using Zoom. You will be emailed the zoom link about a week before the symposium.
