Wake Med – Grand Rounds – Targeting the 4th Aim: Strategies to Improve Physician and Provider Wellness and Thriving

Please save the date for the upcoming Grand Rounds with Richard Wardrop, III, MD, PhD from 12:30 – 1:30 PM at Andrew Conference Center (3024 New Bern Avenue Raleigh NC 27610).
At the conclusion of the talk, participants should be able to:
- Describe the scope of the epidemic and driver dimensions of burnout in physician providers.
- Describe the Quadruple Aim as a framework for Health Care systems and organizations to use to address barriers to Wellness in Trainees and Providers.
- Discuss strategies for groups and individuals to promote a culture of wellness, efficiency of practice, and personal wellness and resilience.
