In the face of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Drs. Tina Runyan and Joan Fleishman are creating a space for health care providers to come together, share their stories and find support in a community of their peers.
Together the community will revisit:
Defining and naming moral distress, outrage, and apathy
Exploring empathy and empathetic distress
Making resource allocation decisions
Caring for colleagues & friends with the virus
Watching patients struggle and die without family present
Practicing compassion in action
