Those who are inadequately supported are at risk of anxiety\, depression\, and burnout; if well supported\, they can become successful and innovative leaders in their field. This talk will focus on how to harness the many strengths of ADHD in medicine and support learners through various challenges.  Attendees will leave with takeaways including identifying and addressing barriers for neurodiverse learners\, strategies for creating an inclusive environment\, and suggested accommodations
