She brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work\, grounded in her background as a marriage and family therapist and her research on the intersections of technology\, relationships\, and learning. \nSince joining the UNC faculty in 2019\, Dr. Riger has focused on helping students and educators make meaningful\, practical connections between theory\, technology\, and human experience.
