Many faculty members find themselves evaluating both residents and medical students. This can sometimes lead to unfairly high expectations for medical students and ultimately impact medical student grading. This session shares practical strategies for setting appropriate expectations for trainee evaluation, particularly for faculty who are or will be evaluating both residents and medical students.
