BIOSKETCH
After receiving her BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of NC at Chapel Hill (2000), Danielle attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program, graduating in August, 2003 with Academic Distinction. Danielle then went on to complete her Masters of Physician’s Assistant Studies with a specialization in Gastroenterology in December, 2004 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Danielle has been practicing at UNC Hospitals for the past 13 years in the Functional Bowel and Motility Clinic with Dr. Yolanda Scarlett. Her clinical schedule consists of five half days of clinic per week and interpretation and reporting motility testing for the GI division. Danielle has 13 years of clinical research working as a sub-investigator and is currently working with Dr. Spencer Dorn.
