Step 2<\/td>\nAPP Center prioritizes requests<\/strong>, reviews preceptor availability and student capacity limits in the requested division\/clinic.\u00a0 APP Center confirms rotation via email IF\/when the rotation is approved.\u00a0 Confirmation email contains a Qualtrics Student EPIC Identifiers survey link<\/strong> that student must complete<\/strong> to begin the compliance and on boarding process.<\/td>\nRotation Request PRIORITY <\/a><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/td>\nIf rotation is approved, APP Center verifies status of a Clinical Affiliation Agreement between UNC-Hospitals and the educational institution.\u00a0 If no active agreement exists, the APP Center emails the educational institution the UNC-Hospitals clinical affiliation agreement template for signature.<\/td>\nClinical Affiliation Agreement Info LINK<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 4<\/td>\nStudent and school review the compliance and on boarding requirements required by the clinical affiliation agreement and begin compiling the required documentation (see link for detailed list of compliance requirements).<\/td>\nDetailed list of Compliance Requirements: Immunization, CPR, Background, Drug Screen, Insurance<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 5<\/td>\nStudent may contact the preceptor to work out scheduling details once the rotation confirmation is received.\u00a0 The preceptors email is located in the rotation confirmation email.<\/td>\nn\/a (see confirmation email)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 6<\/td>\nStudent completes compliance & on boarding requirements, including LMS modules.<\/p>\n
