It was celebrated by a social event being held in the Starbucks Courtyard with light refreshments, distribution of a small gift and a meet and greet with other APPs. UNC has almost 500 APPs who work in 46 Departments\/Divisions. Our APPs include Certified Nurse Midwives, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. They provide exemplary care to patients at UNC and the state of North Carolina.
