(PC, macOS, Ubuntu and RedHat).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To download and access install instructions please register using the link in the right column.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapgene.com\/support\/tutorial-videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tutorial videos<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE 1<\/strong>: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">If you want to use SnapGene from an off-campus location you will need to use &#8220;<strong>UNCSNAP<\/strong>&#8221; VPN group<\/span>, when you initially sign-in to UNC-VPN. You normally use &#8220;UNCCampus&#8221; group to log in. Please send an email to <strong>sophia_kennedy@med.unc.edu<\/strong>, since I will need to give your onyen access to this group.This VPN group is setup to properly allow authentication with SnapGene license servers (which are hosted by SnapGene) when you are off-campus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE 2<\/strong>: In order to successfully install and register your copy of SnapGene make sure that you are <strong>connected to Eduroam\/wired network<\/strong>.
