FMPM consists of a functional mixed effects model\u00a0for characterizing the association of functional response with covariates of interest by incorporating\u00a0complex spatial\u2013temporal correlation structure, an efficient method for spatially smoothing\u00a0varying coefficient functions, an estimation method for estimating the spatial\u2013 temporal correlation\u00a0structure, a test procedure with local and global test statistics for testing hypotheses of interest\u00a0associated with functional response, and a simultaneous confidence band for quantifying the\u00a0uncertainty in the estimated coefficient functions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nitrc.org\/projects\/fmpm\/\"><strong>Software Download<\/strong> <\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Citation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1.
