Discuss best way to implement IDP/evaluation during the first year of postdoc

-IDP in the 30 days after appointment?

– 6 month or 9 month review to find out if there are issues, so they can be corrected prior to contract ending?

– Creation of a departmental postdoc welcome booklet? Holly has volunteered to compile and print booklet if we want

Brainstorm what we’d like to have on a BCBP specific IDP/evaluation form

Review information on international postdoc visas

Preview slides to present at faculty meeting advocating for 3-year initial visas

Timelines for visa extensions/transitions – more work needed – (Include in welcome booklet?)
