Hi everyone,

We will be starting our student seminar series this Thursday, September 12 at 12:00 PM in GMB 3007. We’ll have 2 talks by Minh Huynh and Stephan Kudlacek. The talks will be about 15-20 minutes with a few minutes for questions. Lunch will also be served.

This is a seminar organized by students for students.

The goal of this seminar series is twofold:

1) to provide graduate students in the biochemistry and biophysics department an informal and low-stress environment to present their work and develop their presentation skills in front of a broad audience and,

2) to give graduate students an opportunity to become more acquainted with each other’s work and progress.

Talks will be about 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of presenters, with a few minutes for questions. As mentioned, PI’s are not expected to attend.
