Biology Seminar: Dr. Aaron Straight (Stanford)

Join us TODAY at 12:30 for the Biology Department Seminar given by Dr. Aaron Straight from Stanford University. The title of his seminar is “Genetic and epigenetic control of chromosome function“.
Dr. Straight’s work addresses biophysical, biochemical and cell biological questions in chromosome biology. He uses a wide variety of model organisms (including yeast, fly, frog and human) and techniques to investigate how the genome is actively transcribed, replicated and segregated during cell division. It should be a great talk!
