Leah Combs has worked for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since 2016. She joined the department in April 2019 and is part of the UNC Finance and Research Support Team. Leah assists Lynn Ray, our Associate Chair for Administration and Business Manager, with the reconciling of departmental accounts and also works directly with different Research Cores across campus.
Prior to working with Biochemistry, she worked in the Gene Therapy Center handling both financial and administrative responsibilities.
When Leah’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking at Jordan Lake, and playing the piano.
