Masks Still Required At UNC School of Medicine and UNC Medical Center Facilities

The CDC has released guidance stating fully vaccinated individuals can resume many activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing in public settings. While we are excited about this update, please note that this updated CDC guidance does not apply to healthcare settings. Everyone should continue wearing your mask at UNC School of Medicine facilities and following Universal Pandemic Precautions while at the hospital, our clinics or any UNC Medical Center facilities.
