vaccine townhall all text same as news postDear Carolina Community,

I am pleased to let you know we are hosting two virtual town halls next week for our students, faculty and staff where our medical experts at UNC Health will answer questions you may have about the COVID-19 vaccines. We invite you all to attend if possible. Information about the events and a link to register are below.

 Carolina’s COVID-19 Vaccine Town Hall

  Tuesday, March 9, 9:30-10 a.m. and Wednesday, March 10, 2:30-3p.m.

Our panelists will be Dr. David Weber and Dr. Audrey Pettifor on March 9 and
Dr. David Weber and Dr. Sylvia Becker-Dreps on March 10.

Register to attend and receive the link to watch here
Note: You will need an Onyen to register.

You will be able to submit a question for the experts when you register, and we will answer as many as possible during the sessions. Both town halls will be recorded, and the links will be available on the Carolina Together COVID-19 Vaccine page afterward.

We encourage everyone to get a vaccine when it becomes available to you. The best defense against COVID-19 is to get vaccinated, to continue to practice the 3Ws and follow the COVID-19 Community Standards.

Sincerely,

Kevin M. Guskiewicz
