We are \u201cscientists partnering with scientists\u201d to build supportive learning communities in higher education. Our goal is to impact multiple levels, including undergraduate, graduate, and postdoc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To strengthen STEMM training pathways, we:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess existing practices in STEMM higher education<\/li>\n<li>Develop new learning activities and programs<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate peer teaching, discussion, and hands-on learning<\/li>\n<li>Integrate student voices during the design process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"www-somHeader\">Projects<\/h2>\n<p>Our research is project-based. Team members come together for a few semesters to collaborate on goals for their project.
