Phillippie our Post-Awards &amp; Students Services Manager for 30 years of state service.<\/p>\n<p>The University recognizes and expresses appreciation for the long-term service of faculty and staff, both full-time and part-time (regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours each week).<br \/>\nEligibility for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service awards are determined by an employee\u2019s Total State Service according to the University\u2019s fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.<br \/>\nEligibility for 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50+ years of service awards are determined by an employee\u2019s Total State Service according to the calendar year, January 1 through December 31.<br \/>\nThe program currently recognizes employee service at five-year intervals.<br \/>\nEach employee, after receiving eligibility verification, the Office of Human Resources printed certificates and informed HR officers in October. Honorees were honored at the UNC State Service Recognition Breakfast in fall 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Honorees will be invited to attend the Service Recognition Breakfast. This event is held in the fall. The Office of Human Resources will also notify the honorees to select years of service milestone gift.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We congratulate Lisa H.
