Peer Coaching<\/b><\/p>\n

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is offering virtual peer coaching to all School of Medicine faculty at any rank.\u00a0\u00a0Faculty interested in participating should contact\u00a0Morgan Resnick-Kahle<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0morgan_resnick-kahle@med.unc.edu<\/a>.\u00a0<\/b>Eligible faculty will have a challenge or goal they want to move forward in the next few months.\u00a0 The coaching sessions will be conducted with School of Medicine leaders who are completing an internal coach training practicum.<\/p>\n

Executive Coaching<\/b><\/p>\n

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is also offering virtual executive coaching to School of Medicine faculty who serve in a designated leadership role such as Chair, Division Chief, etc.\u00a0\u00a0Faculty interested in participating should contact\u00a0Morgan Resnick-Kahle<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0morgan_resnick-kahle@med.unc.edu<\/a>. \u00a0<\/b>The coaching will focus on selected challenges and goals.\u00a0 The coaching sessions will be conducted with School of Medicine Executive Leadership Coach, Dr. Stephen Bogdewic.<\/p>\n
