Her efforts revitalized our website and social media, improving our online visibility and engagement. With her regular digital updates, she boosted our SEO, attracting more students, employees, and visitors, and in addition, strengthened our brand reputation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> Congratulations to Carolyn!<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The State Service Recognition program recognizes employee service at five-year intervals.<\/p>\n<p>The University recognizes and expresses appreciation for the long-term service of faculty and staff (SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty), both full-time and part-time (regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours each week) from across the University.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The program recognizes employee service at five-year intervals.<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for all service years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60) is determined by an employee\u2019s Total State Service Date (TSSD).<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility reports are run according to the calendar year \u2013\u00a0<em>Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Read more about the program at the University: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.unc.edu\/benefits\/awards\/recognition\/\">State service recognition program<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carolyn\u00a0M\u00a0Clabo our staff member has been recognized for reaching 10\u00a0years\u00a0of state service.
