Research Interest: My research aims to improve our understanding of how activation of the intrinsic pathway of coagulation contributes to thrombotic diseases. I am currently developing a project that evaluates the ability of C1 esterase inhibitor to prevent activation of the intrinsic pathway of coagulation in vitro and venous thrombosis in vivo.
