I use in vitro platelet function testing and a variety of established pre-clinical models of DVT, including intravital microscopy technique, to understand the initiation and propagation of venous clot formation in mice. My work has been funded by UNC-IVB training grant, AHA pre-doctoral fellowship, and currently by the National Heart, Lung, And Blood Institute of the<\/p>\n<p>National Institutes of Health
