{"id":3775,"date":"2021-01-25T15:27:56","date_gmt":"2021-01-25T20:27:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/bloodresearchcenter\/?page_id=3775"},"modified":"2025-02-05T13:36:11","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T18:36:11","slug":"training-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/bloodresearchcenter\/t32-hematology-training-grant\/training-opportunities\/","title":{"rendered":"Training opportunities"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Training for T32 Trainees<\/h2>\n<h3>Responsible Code of Research (RCR) Training Opportunities at UNC-CH<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The UNC Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (UNC OPA)<\/strong>\u00a0offers\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/research.unc.edu\/postdocs\/current\/professional-development\/workshops-seminars\/rcr\/\">semi-annual RCR training programs<\/a> (usually in the Spring and in the Fall) tailored to postdoctoral research fellows, postdoctoral research trainees, and postdoctoral research associates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NC TraCS Responsible Conduct of Research<\/strong> offers annually an RCR training course consisting of 3 days during the summer (i.e., July) open to all individuals engaged in research and includes students, postdocs, faculty and staff. The course covers required topics for the first phase of responsible conduct of research training.
