Introduction

4DAtlas (4D Atlas Construction Toolbox) provides solutions for constructing longitudinal atlases, which are the necessary steps for many brain-related applications. This software package was developed in the IDEA group at UNC-Chapel Hill (https://med.unc.edu/bric/ideagroup/).
