Introduction

InterGroupReg (Inter-Group Registration Toolbox) provides solutions for registering two groups of images, which are the necessary steps for many brain-related applications. This software package was developed in the IDEA group at UNC-Chapel Hill (https://med.unc.edu/bric/ideagroup/).
