The BRIC has installed a GE PETtrace 880 Cyclotron and it is now operational and testing radiotracers.
Upcoming Optical Imaging Training
The SAIF offers monthly optical imaging training sessions. The coming optical imaging training will be on 2/1 at 2pm in the Marsico Optical Imaging Lab.
Vevo LAZR Ultrasound Demonstration
BRIC Cyclotron now producing more PET probes
The BRIC Cyclotron Facility has expanded its menu of radiolabeled tracers available for PET imaging. More than ten PET probes labeled with F-18, C-11, N-13, and O-15 radioisotopes can now be requested from the facility for neurological, cardiovascular, or cancer research studies.
9.4T MRI Update
9.4T MRI system expected to be operational by the end of February 2016.
BRIC switching to iLab
The BRIC will be switching to a new scheduling and billing platform in early 2016.

Li-Cor Biosciences will provide a hands on imaging workshop starting February 23, 2016.
Small Animal DEXA Available for Use
The SAI facility has a small animal dual energy x-ray absorptiometry, so called DEXA system available to measure body composition and bone mineral density in whole mice or portions of rats.
