Poster Presentation

Poster submission: Students are encouraged to participate in the poster presentation in the SAI symposium. Please indicate your poster presentation plan in the registration process. The deadline for registering as a poster presenter is 10/19/2015. We will be collecting poster abstracts after registration is completed. Each poster submission author will receive email with poster numbers assigned to the poster.

Poster mounting: Posters will be displayed in the Marsico lobby and sub-basement around the Small Animal Imaging facility area. Posters must be mounted according to the assigned number on the board or on the wall starting 8am and before noon and remain on display until the end of the symposium. The maximum dimensions of the poster are 48”x64”. Material for mounting posters will be provided in the poster area.

Poster presentation: The poster sessions are scheduled from 12:30-1:30pm and 3-4pm on 10/22. Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster session. At that time, poster evaluators will walk around and discuss posters with authors.

Poster award: Two posters will be selected as the Best in Novelty, and the Best in Presentation based on faculty evaluation. As an added incentive for student, there will be $100 awards to the winner.
