Everyone involved in my appointment was helpful and friendly, and they explained all the different things I did. They took the time to clearly explain all the procedures and equipment, and I felt very comfortable during the imaging process. I was originally wary of the procedure, yet the staff at the BRIC were highly competent, friendly, efficient, and explained everything to me in a way that put me at ease. The location is brand new, and everything feels state of the art. They even offered me a copy of my scan solely to appease my curiosity.
