He is also a professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Gillings School of Global Public Health and a preceptor in UNC\u2019s Curriculum in Genetics and Molecular Biology. Dr. Juliano is the Associate Program Director of Research and Professional Development for the UNC Infectious Disease Fellowship program and Associate Director of the Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases. Since joining the faculty at UNC, Dr. Juliano has been very active in the education of medical students, graduate students, residents and fellows.
