The Department of Cell Biology and Physiology is committed to supporting and training these early career scientists to drive innovation and advance scientific discovery. Postdoctoral scholars can find a plethora of information and resources about life as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on <a href=\"https:\/\/research.unc.edu\/postdocs\/\">The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400\">CBP postdoctoral funding opportunities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>CBP Postdoc Fund<br \/>\n<\/strong>This fund provides CBP postdoctoral trainees opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience with emerging technologies. Funds support registration fees for scientific conferences and specialized training opportunities or workshops. Each postdoc may receive up to $2,500 one time in their postdoctoral career with CBP. To apply for this fund, please email <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/cellbiophysio\/people\/administrative-staff\/\">Vicki Morgan<\/a>\u00a0with your PI cc\u2019d, briefly describing the opportunity.
